Important Information

Bookings:
On receipt of your request we will verify availability and send you a quote. If this is acceptable and accurate, an all inclusive invoice for your trip will be sent and once paid in full you will receive a confirmation of the booking.

Contact:
Your driver will contact you via text on the day of your booking and will stay in contact until you are picked up.

Flight Monitoring:
If you are requesting transport to or from the airport please provide your flight number so we can monitor your flight and be at the airport on time regardless of delays or early arrivals.

Customer Cancellation:
Customers may cancel a booking anytime up to 48 hours before the scheduled ride and receive a full refund.
Customers may cancel a booking between 48 & 24 hours before the scheduled ride and receive a refund equal to 50% of the total invoice value.
Customers may cancel a booking within 24 hours of the scheduled ride but no refund will be issued.

Smoking:
Epic Private Hire does not permit smoking or vaping inside any of their vehicles.

Children:
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Seat Belts:
While Epic Private Hire advocates the use of seatbelts by all passengers, Florida law requires that children and front seat passengers be fastened in (a suitable child seat if required) at all times. Child seats can be provided if requested during the booking process.

Epic Private Hire reserves the right to decline a customer if they refuse to follow any of the above policies.
